Really good experience, Pamoura was lovely and very helpful with advice and aftercare as well as doing a great job with my tight neck muscles. The venue is clean and pleasant to be in with a relaxing atmosphere. It's the 4th time I have been to circle 8 and it is always well worth going.

Had a sports massage by Ellie and she really focused on my neck and shoulders after I told her I was experiencing a lot of ache there. She also did my glutes to help release tension from the running I do.
