Very welcoming at reception. Jennifer listened to my issues and pain and she knew straight away how to treat me. Very firm but not so my muscles clench, could feel where my tension and tight spots were. Knew where to get in and where to ease off. Very knowledgeable, experienced and lovely person. Highly recommend her
