I have been having some trouble with lots of tension and pain in my neck and arms, so decided to book a myofascial release with Wynston.
Had yet another fantastic experience at Circle8! Wynston is so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel completely safe and at ease. The treatment was incredible and helped lots. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I was always feeling well.
Cannot praise Circle8 and the therapists enough! Simply the best in Yorkshire!
