Received directions via whatsapp prior to appointment which was so helpful and considerate. I still managed to get a little lost, however it was heavily raining and I was navigating an awkward umbrella! It was a clean salon but definitely the most basic I've been to being in the back of a tiny salon, no reception area, small single room, etc. There was lovely music playing though. Attentive and relaxing beauty therapist, I felt very comfortable and the wax was as relaxing as it possible considering the procedure! Really happy with the wax itself - I've certainly had far worse, however I must admit I did have bits of wax left on me. Overall a positive experience though and I'm likely to return.

The staff both before and during the appointment were professional and courteous. From well thought out details (prior to the appointment I was sent directions with photos to help me locate the salon) to explanations and advice to alleviate my anxiety during the treatment, the whole experience was seamless.
