I had a terrible experience ! The salon didn’t know I had an appointment! I was asked by one young girl who was doing Nails to wait 10 min then ten more minutes and another ten minutes 30 min late
No apology at all . Salon looked unpleasant and honestly I didn’t want to be there anymore . I asked for my money back and Anja the only person there told me Treatwell has my money ! I emailed and asked for money be credited no reply till now
