The venue is not the one that appears in the photos. It was small and not very tidy or clean. They asked me what colour I wanted but didn’t have any samples like every other salon always has to see them so I had to pick without knowing how it would turn out. The service took a long time and hurt my hands when taking off the shellac I had on, leaving blood in some fingers. Not much attention to detail at all, one of the worse manicures I’ve had.

Room is not designed for waxing, lady having to lean over me, also the room opens up into the whole shop so when she had finished and I was still on the bed, just opened the door to the whole shop. Areas missed on the wax too.
