We when arrived the attendant was unaware of the package I had ordered via Treatwell, we ended up paying more that our online booking. I ended up getting a Mani/Pedicure for myself and wife. At a cost of £47 each, including tips came to £100. The manicurists were skilled and very pleasant. Overall, I was expecting a fresh/upmarket ambiance. For the price, I've had better.

Unfortunately, this was not a great manicure. Anju was perfectly nice, but the process was rushed and the polish job was sloppy. I had to go home and fix the edges and clean out from under my nails due to the filing process. Manicurist also used the same files on my fingernails as she did for the woman next to me getting her pedicure, which was not clean or sanitary. I will not be returning.

Lovely facial, shoulder massage and overall treatment. Aircon very welcome in the heat! I wasn’t asked about allergies or preferences in advance and treatment was 45 mins not an hour but would return.
