Reema was very friendly and professional. I booked my appointment for 7pm on Treatwell without knowing the clinic closed at 6pm and Reema called me to explain this and waited for me so that I didn’t have to re-book my appointment. Really great customer service and very happy with my Brazilian wax, would definitely recommend the clinic!
