Ruby was kind and efficient! Some music might be nice to help relax during waxing next time. Liked that no chat was forced. But music would add to that bit of me-time.

Good location, work is good, the clinic cleaning standards are quite low and it would benefit from being looked after more. They would get more clients

The place wasn't clean - the floor was sticky with old wax. I had to point the patches of now waxed hairs.

The appointment never took place. The salon was closed when I arrived for the booked treatment but my payment had already been taken and confirmed through Treatwell. I haven't received any response from the branch inspite of multiple emails, calls and voicemail. I am still waiting for a refund for the appointment.
