The appointment never took place. The salon was closed when I arrived for the booked treatment but my payment had already been taken and confirmed through Treatwell. I haven't received any response from the branch inspite of multiple emails, calls and voicemail. I am still waiting for a refund for the appointment.

Oh dear - a little disappointed. Not a great leg wax to be honest. It felt rushed and I’ve got home and noticed it’s just not been done well - still lots of small hairs left. Not great attention to detail :(
