Room is not designed for waxing, lady having to lean over me, also the room opens up into the whole shop so when she had finished and I was still on the bed, just opened the door to the whole shop. Areas missed on the wax too.

Probably worst nail salon I’ve ever been in. Didn’t have a colour chart and she had to go through each nail varnish and look at what colour it was. Painted my nails on a bit of old tissue paper and got most of the nail varnish on my skin.

I went to my appointment at 9:30, only to find out they opens at 10. Apparently they are not managing the online system well. The quality of gel Polish was good overall, though I couldn’t get the colour I wanted as they were many empty Polish bottles displayed on shelf, which was a bit disappointing.

They double booked me in, and said I would get a refund from Treatwell. But I never did! If they aren’t available, they should list their services on here but still take the money.
