Absolutely amazing waxing! I hadn’t realised City Clinic was the new name for Cleo Clinic, where I always got my waxes before. I’ve been going to other places in Wimbledon and the wax wasn’t anywhere near as good and were more expensive. So happy I’ve found these ladies again, and won’t be going anywhere else.

I won’t be returning, booked in for a full leg wax and arm&underarm wax, and i left with a bikini , full leg and underarm wax! I told Reema at the beginning that I’m booked in for full leg & underarm and she said ok, she waxed my bikini in which i was confused but didnt say a word, but then proceeds to tell me what i didnt book for underarm but she thought i booked for a bikini. Made me pay £5 extra for her fault! Money isnt problem but its the principle. No sorry no nothing. Defo aint happy

Wouldn’t waste your time. Waited 20 mins upon arrival at salon to go to treatment room. Staff weren’t very friendly and paid for an hour treatment. The treatment was max 40 minutes and when I said it to the staff she argued with me and said she’d started the treatment 15 minutes before she had. Ironic considered both her and the other staff member came out to say they didn’t see the booking When you’re paying money for a good service you expect politeness at the bare minimum. Avoid at all costs!
