Waited 20 mins upon arrival at salon to go to treatment room. Staff weren’t very friendly and paid for an hour treatment. The treatment was max 40 minutes and when I said it to the staff she argued with me and said she’d started the treatment 15 minutes before she had. Ironic considered both her and the other staff member came out to say they didn’t see the booking When you’re paying money for a good service you expect politeness at the bare minimum. Avoid at all costs!

Made my fingers bleed because they were so rough filing and then blamed “the type of polish that the other salon used”. Dirty looking salon with separated nail polish bottles.
