I was the only one there so definitely could have benefited from some music to create some atmosphere. Couple of things looked like they needed a clean/refurb and two bags of rubbished chucked in the corner wasn’t a great look. Would have liked to have chosen from a colour chart not just bottles in a cabinet. Nails did turn out ok, but big toe was smudged (discovered when I got home). Also the photos Treatwell use to advertise this place are not of this location - misleading !
The experience was appalling. The staff is incompetent, I have been for many wax treatments before this one and I never had such a bad experience. The cleanliness standards were not existent. I left full of bruises and struggling to walk. If the therapist doesn’t know how to do a treatment they shouldn’t be allowed to do it. The room was filthy with hair from the previous customer on the bed. I couldn’t even finish my appointment because of the pain the girl has put me through. I want a refund.
The worst manicure of my life. They called me with 20 mins notice asking me to come 30mims earlier with no apology. They have no colour chart so I had to guess the colours from the bottle lids. The manicure was terrible - all over my fingers and bubbly / peeling. The atmosphere in the salon was incredibly uncomfortable with a shouting receptionist. I would NOT RECOMMEND
Great manicure and pedicure. Lady who did them was friendly and redid a nail I asked her to do because it had been knocked. Would definitely go back
Excellent
