Confusion when I arrived caused by my late booking meant the lady who met me didn’t make me feel comfortable,this continued by shouting through to hurry things along,also clearly gave Roop a row afterwards.Not a relaxing atmosphere. Also not convinced by the room - no chair, put my clothes on floor, no curtain, tried to avoid putting my head on the cushion which I doubt has been cleaned.However Roop was their only saving grace - good chat & great work ethic. But wont be rushing back.
