Booked an appointment through Treatwell, arrived at the venue 10mins early and it was closed for refurbishment of the shopping centre. Called the number multiple times, nobody answered and there was no voicemail. There was no information online on the place being closed either. Was charged for a treatment I didn’t get and can’t contact anyone for a refund.

I had to give 1 * but the appointment never happened as the place doesn't exist. Apparently they moved but nobody knows where and no way to get hold of anybody. My advice .. AVOID!

I booked and prepaid on Treatwell - travelled all the way to find out it has closed or moved! I spent 30minutes running around wimbledon trying to find it without luck and tried to call nonstop without any answer until I eventually gave up! No notice to say where it has moved or that it has closed down. Extremely disappointed
