Booked an appointment through Treatwell, arrived at the venue 10mins early and it was closed for refurbishment of the shopping centre. Called the number multiple times, nobody answered and there was no voicemail. There was no information online on the place being closed either. Was charged for a treatment I didn’t get and can’t contact anyone for a refund.

I had to give 1 * but the appointment never happened as the place doesn't exist. Apparently they moved but nobody knows where and no way to get hold of anybody. My advice .. AVOID!
