I booked and prepaid on Treatwell - travelled all the way to find out it has closed or moved! I spent 30minutes running around wimbledon trying to find it without luck and tried to call nonstop without any answer until I eventually gave up! No notice to say where it has moved or that it has closed down. Extremely disappointed

Avoid! I waited 90minutes even though I had booking.
I had booking for 10:30am and the lady showed up at 12:00! Nobody told me when I arrived that I will have to wait this Long. Such horrible experience.
Then lady asked me to check actual bottles for nail paint and pick one instead of selecting from a pallet of colours! I thought someone is doing a joke YT video! I had to open 30 bottles till I found colour I want as some colours were not marked.
Never going again!
