A nice enough salon and the staff we’re friendly enough. However one of the staff members was on the phone talking badly of a client for about ten minutes which was very awkward. The gel removal itself was interesting, the beautification was pulling a lot of the gel off herself which was concerning as I know this is damaging. I also asked for my nails to be clipped but she did it with tweezers and to be honest I probably should have done them myself.

disappointing manicure, hurt me on the gel removal and application of varnish is quite messy on the skin and around the cuticles, the gel lamp didn’t work properly. I’m afraid I wouldn’t re visit

Unfortunately this was the worst appointment I’ve ever had, and as a returning client I have never been so appalled at how I was treated and the quality of the treatment. I was initially booked in with Julia, and had to ask her to stop the treatment as she did not know what she was doing. Was then waxed by Ruby who was nice but ended up skinning me.
