All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.Very poor facial, music dreadful, expected a marching band at one stage. Therapist skimped on product and didn't help that I could hear another customer having a row with the staff.
Wouldn't use again but may have been bad luck on my part as in general reviews are good.

A very pleasant massage. I also appreciated that it lasted a full hour even though I was a few mins late after a train delay (it was the last appointment of the day, so it didn't make others late).
The music did skip as someone mentioned in another review, but was ok when the volume was turned down. The therapists nails were a tad too long. Not painful, just noticeable.

The beautician was excellent as usual! The setting is very nice and make you feel very at ease. Very good experience overall
