The staff were abrupt and rude, and I was kept waiting 10 minutes. Then before I got undressed the lady told me "we finish at 6 so I have to finish at 5.55, so my treatment was 10-15 minutes shorter. Then when it finished I was trying to relaxed but all the staff had thier coats on and we're waiting for me to be ready, ushering me out of the door.

Masseuse Fedrica was friendly, concerned, professional in addressing and resolving my muscular ailments. She remained totally sympathetic for my situation (when I felt unwitting pain from her massaging my inflamed muscles) and pursued alternative strategies for my optimal comfort under my muscular agony. She offered other helpful advice (e.g. take tablets for relief from muscular pain). I needed further massages, so she offered helpful options for my on-going relief -- extended massages by special-offer bulk-purchase ( 5 massages for the price of 4: buy 4 massages in one transaction, get 1 FREE), cheaper than paying for massages successively.

Very painful and the price was different from the initial price suggested by Wahanda !

Brazilian Waxing
Very quick service (hollywood only took about 15 minutes) so the quickest wax i've probably ever had! Friendly staff and clean facilities. Only thing worth mentioning.. hollywood waxing didn't include bottom. I could have asked and they may have done it but it was never offered, which it usually is at other salons.
