A very pleasant massage. I also appreciated that it lasted a full hour even though I was a few mins late after a train delay (it was the last appointment of the day, so it didn't make others late).
The music did skip as someone mentioned in another review, but was ok when the volume was turned down. The therapists nails were a tad too long. Not painful, just noticeable.
