The appointment was great value and at a convenient location/ time. However I was left waiting for 30 mins - I think I might have been forgotten as another client went for a wax before me. Hasn't completely put me off though - will probably visit again for the convenience.

Friendly and professional staff. Clean. Excellent location. Great service. Good products and range of treatments. Easy to book. Extended hours and opens on Sunday.

Lovely therapist would did a good and quick bikini wax....exactly what you want. The only thing that's an issue is that I booked a wax and was hoping for hot wax but it was just a strip wax. If asked before the appointment I would have paid a few extra pounds for the hot wax.

My first visit to Cleo Clinic. Staff are lovely. First time I've had a Swedish Massage.
But feel I only really got 40min of massage. Always think it's a bit cheeky to use the time getting undressed and dress as part of the 60mins. Otherwise OK.
