The decor and atmosphere are really nice when you enter the spa. I didn't have any beauty treatments done so I can't give the facilities 5 stars but I gave them 4 because they were perfectly clean and there was just the right amount of them - not too many pedi baths etc so it's not likely to feel too crowded. My massage was lovely, the therapist was kind and took note of how much I could bear. She was very thorough and the massage room was really relaxing - the only reason I only gave it 4 out of 5 was that the music was a tiny bit too loud. I felt really relaxed when I left and I would definitely go back again but only if I could find another offer as it's quite expensive full price - I wouldn't pay their full amount for the treatment I had as it's a bit overpriced.
The girl who did the wax was really nice. I think her name was Poojah she was professional and friendly
This is the best Brazilian I had in long time. The therapist was friendly and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend it and I will definitely go back soon
Got extensions and gel on top. Not only did the lady slice my fingers when filing, the tips were too big and look bulky and a day later the gel was lifting. Had to pay to get them redone the next day :(
Was very quick but not as thorough as previous experiences elsewhere and was still sore for quite a few days after. Heard that aloe vera is used in some places, but don't recall it used here. The person was very professional though and lovely character but felt it was a bit rushed.
