Reema was amazing. Despite not having any of the gel colours I requested, she went out of her way to try and accommodate. She was efficient and finished 15 minutes earlier than was expected.

The massage was pretty good.
However, I booked 30 min massage but it lasted only for 20 min. I wasn't given any tissue or towel to clean the massage oil at the end.

A nice enough salon and the staff we’re friendly enough. However one of the staff members was on the phone talking badly of a client for about ten minutes which was very awkward. The gel removal itself was interesting, the beautification was pulling a lot of the gel off herself which was concerning as I know this is damaging. I also asked for my nails to be clipped but she did it with tweezers and to be honest I probably should have done them myself.
