First time gettinga pedicure. Firstly, the beautician was 30 mins late. Secondly, the pedicure states on the treatwell that the wash and scrub your feet includedin the express pedicure. So as Iwas written in the treatwell app I expected that is was was happening. However, thelady did explainthatnis not what an express pedicure is. And just painted my toes nails. Too 15 mins to do. On average just felt mislead about what the price was for the treatment. Not sure eif I will comeback

Staff completely ignored me whilst they had a huge personal argument openly on the floor whilst completing my treatment. This included crying, shouting and storming out mid way through my nail removal. It was hugely uncomfortable and the worst customer experience I have had. This is not my first bad experience at this venue and I will definitely not be returning. I would not recommend.
