Hi,
I was actually really disappointed by my experience this afternoon.
It was a really terrible experience from beginning to end I must say.
My welcome to the salon was appalling, the staff were on their mobile phones and didn’t even look up to say hello until I forced it by say hi!
They were very disinterested and eventually told me to pick and nail colour and sit down.
I was treated like a total inconvenience.
I had a pre booked appointment time and was told the lady was on her lunch

Excellent service as always. Reema is the only person I trust to do my nails. Due to problems affecting my nails, meaning they often go ingrown, I was at the point of needing them removed before trying here first. They always look lovely too.

It’s safe to say I won’t be coming here again. When I first sat down, an employee was making very loud personal phone call for a good 20 minutes so it wasn’t a relaxing start. The nail technician cut my toenails all different lengths despite me asking her to cut them all short and decided not to cut the big toes for some unknown reason. She didn’t remove my dead skin properly. The gel was applied poorly and was on my skin. The overall experience was disappointing.
