The therapists work very hard at Cleo clinic but it is quite obvious that they are short staffed and are expected to do everything, answer the phones, deal with customers and carry out treatments - management need to understand that!
Also, contrary to all government guidelines, they no longer take credit cards - they only accept cash. Not sure that the management are thinking about.
