Cleo salon looks quite tired and uninviting,the towels used to dry my feet were old and grey, everything looked like it needed a good scrubbing. I was asked to choose my nail varnish and a friend had told me when she went the varnish used on her was old and goopy so I opened the bottles before hand to check and lots of them were like this. My therapist was nice and polite but I've had better pedicures if I'm honest. The varnish is touching my cuticles in several places and I still have dry skin.
