I had to wait 20 minutes for my manicure appointment and I got a shellac manicure instead of a “normal” nail polish manicure that I booked. The lady said she got me mixed up with her next client. As I didn’t want shellac I asked her if I could keep it and get it removed free of charge in a couple of weeks and she said that she was going to charge me £5! So I asked her to remove it straight away and she did.

Great wax, and good value for money, especially in this area where some prices are extortionate. Very friendly staff and felt very covid-safe.
