Dissapointed with customer service. I got the service I payed for but it was extremely rushed, 3 minutes if that. I was the last client so there was no need to rush me through my appointment like that. I felt like a piece of meat on the table. When I said the wax is way too hot I was told "don't worry dear" but carried on with the same temperature ,same speed. I have been coming here for a long time but now it's time to look for a different venue.

Really nice experience at a Cleo Clinic, only change would be the music in the massage room could be better!
