More staff required very busy. Card machine still not working and they have had months to get it fixed. Lots of nail colours dried out need new stock. Light in ceiling flickering felt like nothing had been done to maintain premises over lockdown. Fortunately they have lovely staff otherwise I would not go back

My nails started peeling after 4 days which was disappointing due to the price. For the price I would like a more thorough pedicure and manicure. The mani and pedi took 60 mins in total when on the website it said 90 mins.
