Consequently room wasn’t ready so a very cold experience. Noise was an issue (could hear the phone ringing out and people’s conversations outside the room). Massage was okay.

This was my second time attending for a wax and I left very satisfied. Pary is excellent! She was lovely, attentive and made sure I left satisfied with the service and she took her time. Perfect service.
