The salon has made adjustments inline with the new regulations - temperature checks, hand sanitisers and limiting the amount of people in the shop at once. The massage was great, helped hugely with my problem areas and Julia was excellent, super friendly and made sure I was always comfortable. Would highly recommended.

The lady who did my Brazilian wax was very friendly and seemed lovely.
However, I had to wait 30minutes after my scheduled appointment time with no explanation. I enquired after the first 20mins to be told that the waxer was busy and they weren’t sure how long she would be.
When I was finally seen the wax was messy, painful & left lots of patches of hair in random spots. While I don’t mind tweezing the odd hair that’s been missed, I’ve never experienced having whole patches left before!
