Lovely welcoming staff. My appointment was a bit behind schedule, but understandable as staff was by herself dealing with us all! She worked exceptionally swiftly and very professional all along. PPE gear on and felt safe and clean. Great wax too- Thanks!

A great full body massage with Julia, she checked the pressure and it was relaxing whist also working on areas that were full of tension.

Although Ruby was perfectly nice however I asked for short nails and she did not listen. When I requested them to be shorter, she used the nail file to scrub them down rather than a nail file. The UV lamp did not work and required Ruby to keep squeezing the broken machine together and tapping the inside to make the light come on. Not at all professional and not what you would expect for a £25 treatment.
