It was definitely value for money, Rebecca who cut my hair was very warm and friendly and did a very good job with my hair.
There were only a few appointment times when I originally booked the appointment so I called the salon the next day and explained I booked through Treatwell and wanted to change the time of the appointment and she let me.
I only had issues at the end when I went to leave the manager didn't realise I had booked my appointment through Treatwell - he kept me there for 10 minutes to check all the details and kept on saying he doesn't understand why my appointment changed and that he could not locate my appointment details ( although they had clearly located them when I entered the salon) He literally interrogated me and made me feel quite uncomfortable.
