Super happy with my treatment, the highlights look great and the whole package for newcomer is great value. Donna was great too, especially to pick colour of my highlights. Greeting from staff felt a bit like coming in a clinic with id check and hair check. The salon in itself is not particularly what I go for. It's quite busy and big, cold and the lighting inside is terrible. But that's only my opinion, I usually prefer smaller places with a warmer homelier decor!

Lovely Italian chap cut my hair and did a great job will definitely go back to him, only thing I did not like was being asked for photo ID - why at a hairdressers is this necessary.
