The hair colour was perfect which rarely happens to me! It was quick and very professional, great value for money. I will be going back.

My hairdresser was sweet and did an excellent job with the haircut. Sadly, the rest of the staff was inattentive and unwelcoming which somewhat spoiled the experience. Not sure why customer service is so hard, smile and pay attention to your customers from the moment they walk in, not exactly rocket science..
