My hairdresser was sweet and did an excellent job with the haircut. Sadly, the rest of the staff was inattentive and unwelcoming which somewhat spoiled the experience. Not sure why customer service is so hard, smile and pay attention to your customers from the moment they walk in, not exactly rocket science..

Went for a wash, cut and blow-dry, had a great experience. The staff are all very friendly, everyone had a smile on their face, definitely would come back again.
