The salon looks great and is well located near Baker street tube station. I didn't wait when I arrived. Julia was my hairstylist, she made a wonderful job.

Had a hair treatment which overall was an alright experience the staff was knowledgeable and give a lot of tips on how to look after my hair, however, what I found surprising was that they didn't have a heat processor to go under for the treatment instead I had a hot towel on my head for 10-15min which soon became cold. The place itself is nice but the treatment was not I expected.
