Very unhappy after my first visit with the colour of my hair, it was not at all what I asked for. I was blond when I walked in and came out with a grey tone in my hair. However after letting them know I got to comeback and the fixed the colour, free of cost. But this meant I had to bleach my hair to get rid of the black low lights the first hairdresser gave me.
