When I was waiting, I was watching some of the staff cutting hair and I just prayed I wouldn't have them cut my hair.
There were only two hairdressers there who I'd have trusted to cut my hair, and thankfully I got one of them - Natallia, it was a great cut and she was very friendly!
Great salon, modern and clean. Nice and friendly staff. I had balayage done and I'm very pleased with the result, willdef come again.
My blow dry was great - lovely wave to my big thick unruly hair, so I was very happy! Thanks
I thought the service quality was decent, but was disappointed by the staff haggling over the price with me as soon as I sat down. The immediately declared my hair longer than the guidelines in the blow dry package I had bought, and I had to show them that they're wrong, since my hair fell within the length description on their webpage. They didn't apologize for the mistake, and made me feel like they were doing me a favor.
