I arrived on time but I was made to wait about 10-15 minutes. The place looks okay, nothing special, and the personnel is generally nice. The lady that cut my hair was lovely, kind and chatty. And I was both pleased with my haircut and the value.
Had a very pleasant time in the salon. My hairdresser was very nice and kept me entertained for the duration! Would definitely go back.

I visited City Hair for a half head of highlights and I was extremely satisfied with the results! The stylist really listened to what I wanted and was very friendly. Also a great location- just 5 -10 minutes walk from Victoria. I will be returning!
