Overall I am happy with my haircut and style but experience itself could have been better. Little comments were made by stylist that were unecessary and was charged extra at end as apparently the appointment price was not suited for the length of my hair. This could have been cleared off at the start rather than at the end leaving with an off feeling about the whole thing!

After the most stressful morning sitting a law exam at university I felt rubbish. Went into the salon and from the minute I arrived I felt as though I had always been going 😊 I was made to feel so welcome and felt relaxed within seconds. My haircut was fantastic, exactly what I wanted even though I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. Lorri explained every step of my haircut (while we put the word to rights) and I felt so at ease. This will always be my go to hairdressers in the future. Thank you for making a stressed student feel absolutely amazing!
