I arrived at the salon City Looks ten minutes early for my appointment. I was totally ignored for 15 minutes . Finally I asked a member of staff where Kate , my manicurist was . I was rudely told that she wasn’t in ! I explained I had an appointment and she just walked away ! Finally another member of staff contacted Kate and said she wasn’t coming in ?! There was no apology, no one let me know in advance .. totally disappointing and very unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND
