After having a Mani Pedi cancelled on me last minute I was stuck for somewhere to go and booked city spa on a whim.
Very glad I did! The manicure looks lovely, a very clean and professional job. Both staff members were very pleasant and friendly and was even recommended a couple of other places to try for a pedicure 🙂
So I was late and called to say I was on my way, and yes it took longer than expected.
I received no call to tell me to reschedule. Rang to say I had found parking and was 2 minutes away, only to be told my appointment was cancelled, and the manager would email me. This was several weeks ago, no call, text or email.
They obviously need my £35!!
