I attended my Shiatsu massage feeling lethargic, heavy and tense and left feeling fortified and renewed. Kathi was inviting and grounded, she provided a safe space to express not only where I was experiencing pain but also explored the sources of my stress with me. I felt nourished during the massage, it was lovely to experience my body let go and relax. Kathi was very gentle and healing in her touch and I enjoyed her holistic, intuitive approach to understanding and hearing my body.
