The appointment is completely one on one, so there is none of the rush of other clients waiting or loudness you get in the larger chain salons. Suzanne took the time to fully understand what I was after and made me feel really comfortable. My colour was exactly what I have been after but never been able to achieve before! I will definitely come back again as it was such a friendly, stress-free experience.
