We had some issues because of the system double booking etc but I got a call straight away about the problem and after a few days managed to reschedule.
She arrived on time, was efficient neat and clean and made me feel comfortable. Was very professional while waxing and quite quick.
I wish it was a little cheaper, and i would be calling them a lot more often, or they had some sort of loyalty system which got one discounts. However, the convenience is brilliant and i will be recommending Cityswish and continue using them again.

Therapist comes to your home, such friendly staff good value for money. They work until 10pm including Friday's very dedicated.
I'm in love with this service offering!
This was the first time I've tried the service as I had difficulty securing a convenient time slot at my regular salon.
The service was impeccable! My therapist was on time, friendly and very professional. She brought everything she needed and when she left, there was no sign anyone just unpacked an entire nail bar in my flat.
The booking process was painless (although it was not initially clear you have to pay in advance) and communication was prompt.
While I was lounging away on the sofa, she was professionally tending to my nails. I would definitely recommend this service!
Definitely recommend, the girl was so lovely and the treatment was one of the bests ive had. Try it out in your home! its so much more convenient.
