I stupidly booked my appointment for the wrong day and had to email the salon to ask if they could change it. Cinzia got back to me quickly and booked me in for the time and day I requested with no trouble. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows and I would definitely go back.

The most painful one I have ever had, ruthless. A very nice lady to be fair. However I very much dislike everything else. She did Not even had gloves on or none of the standard procedures was done. Plus I had to strip off with the present of the lady. Not coming back even for free.
