I was left for 30 minutes sitting in the chair waiting in the salon, before any member of staff even came and touched my hair. If the appointment is running late, I would have appreciated a phone call. During this time and throughout my appointment, I was not offered a drink once. The salon looked dirty. When they washed my hair, I felt like I could do a better job and they didnt ask if the temperature was ok, it was freezing cold! Highlights are ok but not worth what I paid. Overall, I was really disappointed and feel like it was not worth £60.

I was thrilled to see that the owner was a lady who used to do my hair years ago, but we had lost touch. She is an amazing stylist and did a great job. I immediately booked in to get highlights and a trim on Monday.
